In Motion Counseling — a private practice based in Berwyn— is looking for part-time and full time psychotherapists to join our group practice. Currently, In Motion Counseling is offering remote only positions with no office location.

Therapists must have a niche(s) (teens, couples, trauma, EMDR, family, etc.) and be willing to market themselves to grow their referral base. Candidates must be independent, driven, collaborative, and enhance our fun, connected, modern, diverse and positive minded group of clinicians. Must be willing to do Walk and Talk Therapy. Candidate will be a W2. We offer health insurance (full time), CEU stipend, supervision (if needed) and flexible schedule.

Requirements of job:

This is a permanently remote only role

Current independent licensure (ie., LCSW, LCPC, etc.) Provisional licensed candidates will be considered if they meet all of the criteria

Minimum of 8 hours per week required with some weekend and evenings per week based on agreed upon schedule

Experience working with marginalized communities

Patience — getting paneled with insurance is a timeline outside of our control

Bilingual preferred
