
She has experience working with children, adolescents, and families in Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) settings. Her work focuses on supporting clients through a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and identity-related challenges. Aubrey is especially dedicated to creating an affirming and inclusive space for LGBTQ+ individuals.
Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Aubrey takes a strengths-based, person-centered approach. She believes every client has the capacity for growth and healing and works collaboratively to identify strengths, build coping skills, and foster lasting change.
In her spare time, Aubrey enjoys attending comedy shows, antiquing, and going for walks with her fiancée and their sweet French Bulldog.
