Her combined personal and professional background in working with a wide variety of cultural and socio-economic contexts has given her a profound respect for the individuality inherent in every person's life narrative.

Giulia emphasizes the interconnectedness of mind and body and values a whole-person approach to working with clients. Her professional approach is integrative and focuses on the therapy relationship, mindfulness practices, self-compassion, development of coping skills. Giulia draws from Attachment-based theory, CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and solution-focused brief therapy.

Giulia believes the strength of therapy resides in the chance it offers individuals to uncover the significance behind their symptoms and behavioral patterns. Her aim as a clinician is for clients to achieve a profound comprehension of these mechanisms and to have confidence in their capacity to make positive life changes.

During her free time, Giulia loves spending time with her family and engaging in creative art projects with her children. She also enjoys activities such as reading classic literature books with her book club , listening to music, taking relaxing walks in nature, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
