Giulia earned her Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Psychology, specializing in Family and Community Relationships, from Catholic University in Milan. Upon relocating to the US, she pursued her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adler University.

Her combined personal and professional background in working with a wide variety of cultural and socio-economic contexts has given her a profound respect for the individuality inherent in every person's life narrative.

Giulia emphasizes the interconnectedness of mind and body and values a whole-person approach to working with clients. Her professional approach is integrative and focuses on the therapy relationship, mindfulness practices, self-compassion, development of coping skills. Giulia draws from Attachment-based theory, CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and solution-focused brief therapy.
