Biography

Morgan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who earned her master's degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

She also holds an Illinois Professional Educator License (Type 73) and has experience working as a school social worker, giving her a strong foundation in supporting children, adolescents, and families across a variety of settings.

Morgan works with adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-esteem concerns. She has extensive experience supporting teens and families with disabilities and is passionate about providing neurodiversity-affirming care that recognizes, respects, and builds upon each person's unique strengths.

Morgan believes that meaningful therapy begins with feeling genuinely seen, heard, and accepted. She strives to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe exploring life's challenges while honoring the personal, family, and cultural values that shape their identities. Together, you'll identify what matters most to you and work toward creating a life that feels balanced, authentic, and aligned with your values.

Her approach is trauma-informed and individualized, drawing from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients develop practical skills for managing emotions, reducing stress, challenging unhelpful thought patterns, strengthening relationships, and building resilience. Morgan views therapy as a partnership, empowering clients to make meaningful, lasting changes while feeling supported every step of the way.

Outside of the therapy room, Morgan enjoys dance fitness classes like Poms and Zumba, spending time outdoors, making memories with friends and family, and enthusiastically singing her favorite songs at karaoke.
