Tuesday 11/3/2020 is going to be… stressful.
To put it mildly.
With a 24 hour new cycle and so much “unknown”, you might be feeling a little more stressed or anxious. You might find yourself being more reactice, irritable or withdrawn.
And that is ok.
I want to offer you a 5 minute muscle relaxation exercise to help ground you during this stressful week.
No matter what the results are of the election, know that you have all the inner resources to deal and manage. You are strong and have managed difficult things in the past.
